A Virtual Mock Trial
The Case
Hamlet’s Uncle Claudius has killed his father and married his mother Gertrude in order to become King. Hamlet is then visited by the ghost of his late father, King Hamlet, and he vows to take revenge against his Uncle resulting in the death of Polonius in a case of mistaken identity. Is Hamlet guilty of murder or will the verdict be not-guilty by reason of insanity?
The Setting
