Shakespeare Salon tries to provide continued growth for regionals theatre artists looking to further their skills and careers.
This FREE actor training program is perfect for those at any level who want to spend time growing their skills performing Shakespeare’s works. Join Festival Producing Artistic Director Tom Ridgely for a bi-weekly workshop dedicated to the joys of playing the Bard. We’ll dive deeply into the text, experiment with different ways of bringing those words fully and spontaneously to life, and work together toward a collective approach that’s uniquely ours.
We are hoping to convene a diverse and inclusive group with a demonstrated ability to perform at the professional level. The Salon is open to all Equity members and membership candidates. Non-AEA actors, please submit your resume and a short paragraph describing your interest in participating.
